im sorry ondeair...your info has just been DEAD wrong. Simply put, i have friends in omap and heres one thing i know,omap doesnt know crap about the upcoming test. You said OCT 13 and then april 14 and you were dead wrong. INFO from omap is there is really only one department in the job that knows about upcoming tests! if my memory serves me correct i believe that was the chief of departments office but i could be wrong on that. Obviously DCAS may know as well.
