No...they're not promotions...just transfers. Sorry guys...I have no clue how to post photos on here, but the changes have come through the finest and are official. Serial #'s 6723071 and 6723634. Check at your command or log onto Zfinest (click "administrative messages", then "message recall", then select "personnel Order Information" and make the message type "received.")
