April is almost here I am on the border of passing have written two strong protest but not enough to get me through just wondering what you guys think on getting any results from this test. I have not heard back on my protests.
Well the 2011 test was given on Oct 15, 2011, and I believe the list camed down first or second week of April 2012. Hopefully we will hear something in a few weeks. Well... that would be nice, let's see if it actually happens.
The panel for the protests have met. I have been told that there will be 5 throw outs on the 2013 sgt exam. I don't know which questions or when the list is going to be published. That's all I have for now....

The 2011 list was published right when they were ready to promote off of it. If that's the basis for when the list is put out, we might not see it until March 2015.
Nobody knows anything...and God forbid you say anything that might imply the 11 list being cut then everyone gets their panties in a bunch... So here's to the first week in April lmao... For the record I'm in no rush... I finally have christmas and Labor Day vacation weeks and want to enjoy them

It'll be a year from now if they wait until they are ready to promote off of it and they go through the entire 2011 list without cutting it. Its not negative, its realistic.
Could they publish the list and just not promote off of it for a year? Sure, I guess.
I also think every month that goes by with small or no promotion classes increases the chance of the 2011 list being cut. They can deny it all they want, but I'd be sweating profusely if I were #1250 and below.
I have no reliable source but have heard a possibility of 8 throw outs and results are not coming anytime soon. They the administration are deciding what exactly to do with the current list and with approx 8 throw outs a list of about 1,000. Please I only share what I hear I just want another to be announced or hope for some throw outs that go my way.

Wishful thinking bro. No way we're making this next LT test. I'm at the top of this exam too and I still don't believe I'm getting made until Spring of next year at a minimum.

Not at this rate. If they don't have the LT test until next April it might be close.. Friend of mine retired a DI a few years back got promoted to LT on Friday and took the captain exam the next day!

2011 list will be exhausted. Sit tight for a few more months and hope for another Lieutenant's exam once promoted off of the 2013 exam list. Better to know you're on a list than to wait for what appears to be a while before the next sergeant's exam.

Hey I was just thinking back to the protest session. Did any one protest the question that was going on about an officer smith but he wasn't an option for any of the answer choices. I couldn't find the question when I went to the protest session partly due to pure frustration .
