okay....question....with the passovers.....r any listed bc of not enough time in rank or those were promoted in OCTOBER.....bc October 2013 made them eligible since the time we took the test in October 2011. im just trying to figure out how many passovers eligible in regards to time in rank . and if anyone in the next 24 is being passed over for any reason....
- Of the current 13 passovers, 5 were promoted. - An additional 3 were passed over (list #'s: 328, 334, 339) - One person who is not on the list that we have was promoted as well. - Highest list number called was 348

Yes....Just wondering looks like you on the money........Looking forward to UNBORN updating the list.....JUST WONDERING.....i was "just wondering" when do u think they will promote another class based on the numbers.....plus its suppose to be a lot of movements after the superbowl with transfers of all ranks....so there may be vacancies in precincts for Lts that transferred to details......watcha think

Based on the projected retirements (8 in February, 4 in March, 11 in April), and the fact that they havent promoted captains in 6 months, things can play out in 4 ways:
1) It's safe to assume that the next capt class will be large. The most I've seen them promote is 17. That being said, if they do 17 capts for February, we can see a class of 25 LTs
2) They skip February and promote in March, giving us a class of about 30
3) They skip February and March and do a large class of 40 or more in April (last year they skipped Feb and march and did 50 in April
4) Who knows?? They do what they want and we are the last to know!
And yes gyrl, you are right about the movement after the Super Bowl. Hopefully that increases retirements
