duplicate question

Does anyone know in past exams for duplicate questions do they throw them out like questions on this exam #36 &121 were exactly the same

I protested both of them stating it's an unfair practice to duplicate a question on a 100 question exam covering thousands of pages of material.

I never heard or saw in any promotional exam any duplicate questions, if they did you guys was only because there were 30 extra questions. I think that was in your favor that you have duplicates. Answering one question and getting two points..... Great. Super great......

They won't toss a question at the TVB for that reasoning.

I don't think they will either.  I didn't see anything else to protest as I quickly went through it.  I wanted to protest SOMETHING to get the invitation to the TVB hearing.

#36  and #121 were both counted. What a surprise

I protested question #102. the courtesies question.

The correct answer was D. which left out the second sentence from step number 5, when saluting at large assemblages.

Question 36 and 121 were duplicate jury duty questions and they were not experimental or thrown out. I think it should be protestable in regards to those who got it wrong twice should at least be credited one point. I don't think they ever asked a duplicate question before.
