It appears they had 20 Passovers. That's a very high number.

List numbers aren't accurate. The list on here is the original list before people protested points owed to them nased on time, fitness tests, medals, etc. There is a possibility that some of these people weren't passed over. They could be behind people on the list who were assigned knew list numbers that end in .5. not saying these people weren't passed over, but this could explain why there were so many. I know my list number is not accurate on this site because of this.

I thought the final list # was the one given on the notice they mailed home to us.

The list is accurate. I protested points cause of fitness points and they adjusted my list number by 50 names

Ok me too and my list number is not accurate on here so good chance others aren't either. I'm not saying this is definitely the case now, but its possible. Also if it isn't the case now it will be eventually. 20 is a big number to get passed up so makes sense.
