It's a net addition of 12 vacancies on 11/24. You have 23 cops being made to SGT and 35 SGTs being made to LT. Vacancies as of 11/24 will be at least 53 probably more depending on how many come off terminal. But at a minimum it will be 53 vac and 22 tl. The math adds up for a December class.
