FYI last years Sept BMOC started on Labor Day, as did the year before I believe. I think the instructors would like the day off but prefer the guarantee of not going to the detail :)

There will always be passovers.... Until the end of the list. So don't count on the list catching up to itself. Anyway congrats to people getting promoted in September! And to everyone else don't worry your time is coming.. Just think how fast time has passed since October of 2011 when you sat for the exam. You will have chevrons before you know it. I can't stress one thing though. STAY OUT OF TROUBLE !!!!! Or you will be skipped and then snipped !! :(

Ok since there has been a consistent routine of questions on this forum (first 2 weeks questioning is there going to be a next months bmoc, 3rd week of confirmation/cancelation with petty arguments and joy, and then the final week of what day and which hour the finest message will come down), so...........when will this finest come down? Hehe

My guess is Wednesday. Same day we find out our commands. I highly doubt it'll be Thursday, since captains and lieutenants are being promoted in the morning, and us in the afternoon.

Also, the last few classes, the finest has come down on a Wednesday, and both around 1800 hours. Good luck to everyone...

Because it's Labor Day weekend so Ray Kelly wants the 4 day weekend, and the Brooklyn commands want to notify us at the academy on Friday to work the weekend LOL.

Bad news... in bmoc right now... LT just came in and said Sept bmoc cancelled for Sgts due to manpower issues... so Bmoc is froze for sgts until further notice... might not have another class till next year... :(

Until someone with credibility comes on here an states "Sept Bmoc is cancelled", nobody needs to worry. I have a buddy in bmoc now, he said the LT said no such thing. I'm a handful of names away, so I will def keep ppl posted next class.

My guess: Finest will be out in 30 minutes (1800 hrs). If not, DEFINITELY tomorrow.

But I was sitting in the class today, and in between naps, at no time did anyone come into the room and say the class was cancelled.
