How many Lt promotions do they average per year?

 I am considering taking the next LT exam. But I am a short timer.  Trying to do the math.

on average......about 200

even this list has done 200 in a year, then even with these big retirements once that wave passes wont the list slow way back down again? Possibly still only doing 200 over the next year??
