Capt test is nov23. Regularly if they would have promotions in November it would of been November 29, which is the last Fri of the month. Do U guys think that the job will do the right think and move the promotion date to November 22?

I don't think anyone should expect them to move promotions up. They didn't do it for the 1st Sgts BMOC in 2006 when the Lieuts test was in the same month.
