114,978 is starting base not including anything (night diff, longevity,holiday)
146k top pay after 3 years (not incl. holiday, longevity, etc)

 The 114k starting base is an insult to that rank, just like all other starting base $ for all other ranks on 

our job!...... My 2 cents, I couldn't resist!

Although in the long run Captain would be worth it, those first three years are brutal.

Basically 4 years of being miserable for a pension... Not worth it more me... Can never get back that quality time with family etc

 It doesn't end after 4 years, unless you retire.  you just hit top pay at that point.

Hey guys I am taking this opportunity to try and muster some help!! Hopefully someone here works in the 102 and knows about the animals that live on 86 ROAD at the dead end off 102 st. Can I get some help with the basketball nonesence and the dings and scratches to my vehicles and other neighbors.. also the blocking of 2 to 3 parking spots so they can play and leave the ring up until midnight.. All it would take is maybe a few C's for discon impeding pedestrian or vehicular traffic or whatever to get the message across. Let them know that Shi* should be on their private property and not on the street or sidewalk. They are a menace to the neighbors and seems to be always catching a break with the law, from letting their dogs run loose to do their numbers to the noise, selling of and smoking pot and barbecuing on the sidewalk.  If you work here you should know them.. Please assist if you can.
