yeah---more drafts coming up this week----a lot of the guys who were drafted for the TVB bit are coming up on their time. gona be very steadily coming down next couple of months----at least their will be a LT exam next year for some motivation to take it and pass. stay tuned and good luck........
Oddly enough OCCB is drafting Sgts who are very close to getting promoted to LT's. Theres a sgt thats 30 names away that got drafted to Narcotics and another sgt i know that is 100 names away that got drafted also. They are short Sgts in Narcotics. But the drafting process makes no sense what so ever!
I was thinking the same thing. The drafting process is so ass backwards like everything else on this job. Force a guy to go to Narco, where most likely he really really doesnt wanna go, make him go through Narco training, get to know his new team, start learning how to be a narco sgt, and then poof! He leaves after a few months to get promoted. Unreal.
When i came on, there was a waiting line to get into narco as a boss, nobody wanted to leave. Now the job has to drag bosses kicking and screaming into narco. The chiefs at 1pp should ask themselves why that it is...
