The average down months are usually 3-4 tops. It has followed this for the last few years falling in the winter and promotions have been heavy from around April through October. Also the average promotion rate is usually 500 a year we are going to be way above that come may 1st if a class goes in for April, which is the 12 month anniversary Of the list activation.

Thanks boogiedown! This means they're in the 590s or so, which will put me in the next class though I'll get passed over for time. I become eligible for promotion 7/8, if a class goes in early that month, can I still enter BMOC so long as I'll have my 5yrs when graduation hits? Anyone familiar/have experience with this?

Yes 100%. As long as you have 5 years on grad day you're good for that class. Btw i believe this is the biggest class yet.
