It was my understanding that phase 5 is when you are brought back after BMOC to discuss your experiences. Eday i believe thats what we did on friday 1/4 __________________

mjehangir96 Senior Member Status: Offline Posts: 226 Date: Jan 12, 2013	Permalink   There are 5 phases to the SLC phase 1(pre SLC), phase 2&3 is the BMOC, phase 4 is the field training and the phase 5 is 6 months after the promotion where SLC people will ask you for any feed back..... __________________
