We must learn from the previous two 2011 BMOC classes and try to avoid the pitfalls that plagued those classes.

I am hereby starting a list of things we should avoid doing as prospective Sgts of the 3rd BMOC class off the 2011 Sgt's test.

 

1.) STOP PICKING ON FELLOW COPS IN THE CLASS

Childish criticism of fellow officers is childish and unwarranted. No one needs to see how you feel about the people around them. Never forget this is a public forum.
