I heard of the first 35 there are 5 without the time....so it looks like they will hit 40 right now....maybe one or two jam-ups and a few without the credits...etc. I am in the low 50's....you think there is any chance. Not in a rush....but just curious. Thanks
Anyone who was promoted off the 2009 list doesn't have enough time in rank, so I don't know how high the first bmoc class will get, but if a lot of the top scorers were from the 2009 test a lot of people will be passed over in the first couple of classes. If the 35 Lieutenants at the end of June rumor is true, anyone on the 2009 list will get passed over.
Also how many people in the top 100 lets say have some issue to clear up with a CARB hearing? Or college credits not squared away? Or out sick with a long term illness/injury?
So I will just take a stab in the dark, a guess, no evidence or inside information, maybe they get to the 50's or 60's in the first class? I dunno, just guessing, so don't crucify since I really have no idea...

I agree patrolguide. Many people don't have the credits, the time, have charges pending, IAB holds and some will have to go through the review board. Things will get interesting once the list starts moving.
