I hope this is better:

I was told by someone that I know that the first week of July, should be the first class from our list. When I asked him if that meant Monday, he was almost certain it was. He told me 15 or 12 people are going in. He has always given me correct info in the past. He was on the money for my transfer when I was a cop. One of my concerns was the Monday. It didn't seem pausible that there would be promotions on a Monday. I didn't even consider that they might promote people on Friday on the same day they were promoting the Bmoc class. So that part has been answered. Another concern is that I think it takes Dcas 30 days to complete the Veterans process. That would make the earliest the list would come out only a few days prior to July 2. I don't think thats enough time. As someone posted below, the people getting promoted need to take a photo prior to the first day of class.

I am not doubting my friend, he works in the right building in the right office. I just hope he is getting this info directly and correctly.

Sgts in bmoc now are scheduled for promotion on the 29th. I think that will be first LT promos. So your rumor is on par with that. That first Monday of July is maybe when bmoc would begin

lol, I wrote this on my phone, I haven't got a chance to see how bad it looks on the screen. Basically what is the probabilty that a list comes out a week before a class, and can there be promotions on a Monday.

When I get home I'll shorten and fix the first post, since it doesn't make sense. According to him it's a small class. If I knew for sure that he was correct, I wouldn't be challenging it. I can't remember if he said 12 or 15, 12 seemed to be on par with a post that I read on here.

You guys aren't listening. LTs get promoted UP FRONT then go into bmoc. The sgts are scheduled for June 29th which is a Friday. So LT bmoc would start that Monday if your rumor is true

Wonderin is right....and that rumor...that the first group will go in with the sgts that start bmoc Monday...has also floated around. If it's true, the list is imminent for obvious reasons. In '06 I'm pretty sure my list came out on a Monday and the finest to start bmoc came out 2 days later. It was that quick. List dropped one Monday, and the next week we were in bmoc.

 Correct unless they push the promotion date up to first week of July for budget reasons.

You'll need a week to get your photos done for your new ID card. If promotions are going to be on the 29th, the list would have to be out by the 15th. Then you have a week to clear guys and get photos, then the week after that the finest would come down on the Wednesday for the Friday promotion.

To be completely honest if I believed it 100 percent then I would of never posted. Had he told me the list is coming out the last Wednesday of June, and Mid July about 22 people getting promoted I would of accepted that as accurate, and wouldn't of posted anything. I would have a tentative date, and would stop searching forums for answers. Had he said Wed. 4th Of July, 60 people getting promoted then I would of known it was bullsh*t, and not have posted anything. July 2, is one of those things that I don't know what to make of. 

If the number 15 is confirmed to be in fact too small of a number for a Lt class, then I am sorry for spreading bad info.

Just FYI, Lt's classes are usually pretty small, they were doing bigger classes recently to get through that last list before it died.

Ok here's my little rumor contribution... I did CRV today with a Lt who told me that he heard from CHIEF HIMSELF that there are 5 throwouts and 14 double/triple answers. I was glad to hear that because thats consistent with what other people have heard on here.
