I just called and spoke to a DCAS rep in Certification unit . They said if the message says that you are not on an outstanding certification, that means that your name has gone out to the department that you passed and that you have an official list number through DCAS.

Hey brat. I hear it when I call up the dcas number to get my list number. I remember they used that term before i entered the academy but I don't recall what it means. Thanks for the reply.

P.S> I got the same message thats why I called. She also ran my social just to make sure, and she said I was good to go.
