I dont they r in any rush to release this list, because they r not promoting people of this list until July 1st, when all those Lt.s on Terminal leave will comes off the book.

 They still need to clear those their planning on promoting.  Even if true it doesnt make any sense to not make the list public.  The 2006 exam was made public almost 6 months prior to them putting in the first class.

With 2006 list they had to wait because of the lawsuit by the 2003 list and the had to promote everyone from that list. The city was going to cut the 2003 list around 900.

 Correct, they had to wait to be promoted but the list was out months before that occurred.  The point Im trying to make is that they can release the list even though they arent planning to promote anytime soon.

The only thing I know for sure is what I previously posted... All the points have been added, all the work is done. The only thing left is for the list to be "certified" or signed off on, and then released. When that will happen, I have no idea. I only post what I know for sure, I'm not going to speculate.
