If you do a tour prior to going into Bmoc which you receive NIGHT DIFF, do you lose that in Bmoc or do you continue to receive it until you go to your command and they decide what tour your doing? Thanks
Night diff comes on and off pretty quickly now. I have it on this check still, but am fairly certain it will be gone off the next one. When I started getting it again earlier this year, it started on the second paycheck after I switched to nights. When I left midnights 3 years ago, it took a few months to come off (pre-city time). Take this for what it's worth.

yeah... you lose it for the time your in bmoc... It should stop but what might happen is it won't.. The department will take it back later when you least expect it....

It's better that way anyway... guys used to get checks and be 1000 down
Like the others stated city time would prevent you from gettIng the night diff. Ex. those mos whom do 4x12 and collar up at night and do a day tour on their next tour do not get night diff. In the past before city time that was not the case.
