The question was looking for least correct action. Choice C was to tell the cop to refer the 61 to Special Victims. This is a correct action as per PG 215-03 (step 8-b) making it a bad answer choice. Choice A was to tell the cop to call ACS Instant Response Team. This was the least correct action because the note following step 7-a states "In cases referred to a detective squad (e.g., homicides or special victims' cases), the assigned detective will notify the IRT hotline.

That was a question 1 and I protested it. The question never mentioned what date it is so I assumed that both rmps were still in the shop. It should be a throw out.

I like the idea of the thread, but I honestly think that we are starting to get a little nutty with the reasons questions will be thrown out. I didn't remember the exact wording of the questions on October 30th, nevermind today, but if the reason you think the question will be thrown out is because they didn't tell what day it was, then I think the thread has run its course.

They gave you three roll calls from one day, and gave you a telephone message log with dates on it that concerned that question. I'll give you the fact that this test was a complete shi+ show, but I can't imagine that question will be a throw out.

I recall it being the opposite. The memo stated that no rmp with an operable mdt should be used for outside details. The correct choice was one of the vehicle picked up from the shop with the non working mdt.

Obviously not everyone is going to pick up every question. But everyone will pick up whatever question gets thrown out. If there are in fact five of them, then it is a good guess that most people will go up two questions. Some will get none. Some will get all. It is going to be an interesting list.

Meso018 did you protest those questions that you mentioned ? On a side note HB I also thought there was a huge problem with that MDT question. It should be tossed. I hope a few people protested. No one mentioned it but the PREGNANCY question will get tossed. They screwed that up big time. I see a few people think that the hair question will be a double answer or throw out but I remember the question and it was straight forward. B should be an acceptable answer for question 45.

Oneadditional- Most of those are up there, you'll have to refresh my memory as to what the property removal and missing questions were, I don't remember them being an issue. I believe the pregnancy question was good, if I remember, they switched one little thing like "department mail" to "us mail".

Jimmy number for your number 7 up top it was not the C summons question with the messed up calendar. It was the ECB question and I don't think it was number 7 but I know what you meant.

one additional i protested the item removed and returned to command but forgot what number it was, the question if i remember was worded very strangely, basically they wanted you to sign at the command for a voucher that was being kept at court, so , if it is kept at court it is not returned. It was one of the many horribly worded questions. Also, the department vehicle question is already on the list of protests. If you are referring to the one where the LT gives a cop a cd for the accident.

I am trying to find out the question with the bank and the dye pack, does anyone remember the number of that question ?

13. Sending PO Williamson to guard Hospitilized Prisoner (THROWOUT)

Like many others, I had 13 right but 10 wrong because I changed 10 when I got to question 13. I hope they throw both out but their argument will probably be that the in-basket is supposed to be done sequentially and only 13 will get thrownout.

20. Complaint involving cell phone (THROWOUT)

You weren't expected to remember the procedure numbers, just because they wrote the wrong procedure number down, this question is unlikely. You knew it or you didn't.

21. Medical treatment form

Screwed up question but solid.

23. Firearms removal (THROWOUT)

Agreed.

26. Aided question?

Screwed up question but once again, they can point to something in the book and say "this was the answer"

40. Accident on bridge (Qualifying vehicle etc) (THROWOUT)

Agreed

45. Who notifies ACS IRT? (DOUBLE ANSWER A & B)

Agreed

47. LT. giving cop a CD for RMP accident (Captain Duty) (THROWOUT)

I got it right but I agree that it will prob be a throw-out.

52. Tattoo/Hair Clip (DOUBLE ANSWER A & B)

Probably.

63. Juvenile Question (THROWOUT)

Agreed.

As for the judgement questions, I doubt a protest will be accepted based off Patrol Guide reasoning. Just my opinion.

I agree with most of what you said. I put everyone's question up there who made a strong argument but in my opinion question numbers 3, 6, 20, 21, & 26 will not be made a throw out or double answer. Also, your mixing up question number 7 with the ECB question. Question 7 was bad and gave you 4 C Summonses, all of which were wrong. Definite throw out. Either way, the rumor is 19 total bad questions and we have 24 up there. It's not perfect and certainly off a few but I think the list up top will give u decent idea of where your gonna end up. Thanks for your input.

Didn't they use the E Day question in the past ? Isn't this why the schools said if you see that question, to always give the day ? I don't think that question will be touched but who knows.

Yes the eday can be granted but then on question 13 you sent that same cop to the hospital. is either his working or not but definitely not both.

Again it was a while ago so i could be wrong, but i think there were two summons questions on the in basket portion. One was an ECB question where you had to look at a calendar and determine the correct return date. The second was a c summons question where they gave you four summonses and you had to determine which was bad. The ECB question was c**ty but I think dcas covered themselves.
