And the grimey 19 have the first hearing at 0930 hours in their attempt to cheat 241(+) of their brothers out of a deserved promotion. They could not get an 80 on a ground-ball test given over 5 years ago, and because they will not be able to hold the coveted title of lieutenant, they feel nobody else should. Hopefully this disaster of a suit is over tomorrow and the lawyer pockets the 25G; she's the only honest person in that crowd of CCRB makers, assistant ICO's, and community affairs and QAD "supervisors".

Well put...although I wouldn't call the lawyer "honest". She found 19 people that were easy marks...desperate and dopey....and bilked them out of thier cash.
