Wishing a full recovery to officer Eder Loor

My heart and prayers goes out to officer Loor and his family. Sometimes we forget how dangerous this job can get.

Amen. andrew. Its just unbelievable whats been going on these last months. We sometimes fail to realize that when we leave our family and head into work we never know what the day is gonna bring. Instead of lying and trying to chest bump a fellow officer, we must unite and remain as one.Out on the streets we are all we have. Besides our own families, this job should be a second family. You never know when you are going to have to call an 85 or God forbid a 13 and that same person you may have bashed or a fellow officer who has no clue who you are, but wears the same uniform is going to be the one to answer your call. I pray that everyone of you my fellow brothers and sisters have a safe tour always.

Remember your tactics, so often I see cops in the street putting themselves in danger unnecessarily simply through lack of attention and poor tactical positioning.

No job is routine, but unfortunately as often as that is told to us we still treat them as such. Stay safe everyone.

i too wish my fellow brother a full recovery.. dont know the details on this one but i have to agree that i also see cops putting themselves in danger specially the 103 and 113 rookie cops... doing carstops on foot.. wtf i even saw a male cop measuring tints in the middle of the road with heavy traffic going through next to him and not to mention the female rookie that put herself in the middle of jamaica avenue (in front of a car) to make sure the guy did not get away. People think safety first!!!

Officer safety is Paramount , Have a plan, which means use your tactics. Remember to take care of each other, dont be a 1way person, have common sense, respect those that came before you, treat mos family they way you would like yours to be treated, dont be a kiss Ass, Dont drink the kool aid, Always try to make it to the funerals.......It is the last image a family member will have, Try to look sharp, Dont drink and drive anymore, Make sure LOD Paperwork is filled out correctly for your sqd, keep copies, stay healthy, love your family and children, be a leader, there is nothing wrong with taking cues from others around you..........if you like their style of supervision take something from it and make it your own, dont make enemies. the job is big but small at the same time, be proud to wear this uniform, make your parents proud, stay together, if you cant go to a 10-13 party buy a ticket, i can go on and on. I've been lucky to encounter great supervisors......44 Pct, RAZOR, BXTF, INTAC, OCCB, CJB, etc and all this qualities were pass down to me, make them your own. PS, Do not critizise the grammar or spelling of this post my blackberry acts up from time to time. Love the Clowns not the Circus. RAZOR LIVES!!!!!!

I had gone through the post. Our sincere regards should be given for the officer and his family. The  officers like him are very essential for the current situation in the society. We all have to thank the  officers like these for their services regarding the task.
