It mAkes all the sense in the world to make a test like this. There were people who took it in 2006, who had 13-15 years on who basically die hoping. Making a competitive test That is given every two years. Ensure you get more competent lieutenants and gives an opportunity to those on the final stretch of their career.

 Then Dept. should have chosen some competent lieutenant to write a real good and competitive test; not stupid, non-sense, horrible, vague God damn test. Now all of us, who passed or failed, are waiting for the list to find out where everyone is standing. This test was the worst experiment by this dept. I definitely can say that the lieutenant who wrote this test were not competent at all. Good luck all!
