List will be out on time. 2006 list is DOA

The list is going to come ot on time. A BS lawsuit from 19 retards who couldnt pass this test or couldnt get a 75 on a straight forward exam is not going to stop the city from esablishing the list. Just like any lawyer would say "we have  strong case" , that what this lawyer said and these idiots fell for that. biggrin... lol wasted their money. The lawsuit is joke, the lawyer didnt even take his time to re-type the  mistakes, becoz he knows hes going loose this case. If they tost this test, there will be hundred's  suing the city who made this list ...

Here's the information we know so far. The panel has concluded with the protest and the 2006 LT exam expires on Monday April 9th. Usually DCAS needs to have one active list in order to begin promoting thus the reason to why the 2011 Sergeants list was made public less than a week after the last BMOC class was promoted. If someone out there has the number of vacancies (including terminal) then we might have an idea to when the department might need to promote LT's.

Terminal dont count towards vacancies, i know thats for sure. 07/92 was a big class, so when they officially retires on 07/2012 they will fill those vacancies. I expecting a big number on 07/06/2012. the first class of 2011 test.

I think the last promotion off the 06 list compensated for terminal. I think the number was something like 14 vacancies plus 29 on terminal, and they promoted 43 (give or take a few).

Agree but they were promoted on 3/30 and considering that 7/92 was a big class I'm curious to what's the vacancies/terminal numbers today (92 class are eligible for terminal this month).
