These brainiacs work in non patrol, non enforcement commands where they probably can study all day at work, and they STILL failed the easiest Lieutenant's test this job has ever given. You ballbags wouldn't of gotten a 50 on our test. What are the chances they are 40-wrongers from the '03 Sergeant's test? Wouldn't surprise me. And more than one of petitioners on the lawsuit work in Community Affairs. OF COURSE!! Not shocked they would try and play the race card.
