CONFIRMED. Your boro commands will have it by later today supposedly. Its just been stamped by EMD. My buddy says BMOC is "slated" for May---but u know the way that goes. could change---could not. If i get anymore confirmations i ll pass the poop along.

BTW. Very VERY BOTTOM HEAVY. I got my list number--so im not in the bulk. But the list is very long and it ll prob stretch 3-4 years. They plan on promoting all. But said the guys in the 70s will have a bit of a wait. The margin for a lot of those guys is a fraction of a point.

I spoke to someone at the Boro, they DO NOT have the list but were told they will pick it up tomorrow for distribution to the commands. Conflicting reports from what is on here. Even at the final hour I can't get a straight answer. Lol

That's a safe assumption yes. Its hilarious though that even some people at the Boro are clueless as to how the list comes down. Checking the Finest as if it comes through there.
