I wonder why everyone is looking to Brat as if she sort some sort of job messiah when in fact she is a 4 year wonder who is clueless on matters that are related to patrol. From her own words she is barely has any time on the job but peopel here assume she is the end all be all of knowledge relating to this job. A classic tale of clueless blind people praising false deities.

Wow, yet another clueless twit who doesn't have the slightest clue as to who this brat person is. Hey rookie, I have a nice rubber rain coat for sale. Hell yeah, they are still authorized and think of how cool you will look as you are standing next to the other rookies at a detail. People will think you have mucho time on the job as you stand there...LO! Just be careful, for the fumes off these rain coats are intoxicating....LOL!
