so far we have heard 1.its coming out today 2.its coming out in april 3.its coming out in may 4.its coming out in july or august.so the time frame is between today and august

Probably 4 years away for everyone with under a 75 if that's true. But you will make it... 2 years for 800 names and 4 years for 1600 name. Lets just hope no hire freezes and everyone will be fine.

1600 over a 70?? I guess the Instructor from the Key that said this was a powder puff exam wasn't lying. This may have been easiest promotional exam this job has ever given.....even easier than the promotional exam of Cadet to P.O.

If the list is indeed 1600, I would definately suspect that there were a few questions thrown out. I know a lot of people on the cusp with 68 and 69, and I think that a few throw outs would bump a lot of people up to that score of 70

I hope a final score of 83 can get me made by next summer or fall (2013). That being said, 1,600 seems right after throw outs. Let's just hope for sanity's sake this list comes out before May!!!! Lol

Agreed, I'm gonna guess that map questions 16 and 17 are tossed, and grammar question 97 is a double answer.  This will elevate a lot of people

 In my opinion the list is not top heavy. The majority of people I know of got 70-80. That should be around bulk of list.. If you scored high on exam you should be ok..

1600 passed while only 150 passed the LT test... What a difference in difficulty one rank makes.

Riiight try again buddy. Ur test was so f'n straight forward it is almost 3x the size of my previous Sgts list. And 1600 passed is before throw outs no less!!!

no idea when list is coming out..........i would say (again) soon after they finsih the 09 list (which they  did)...........so soon.........thats gonna have to be good enough.........there is NO ONE out there with a REAL answer to the question.........so please be happy with SOON

Really? My impact the bosses treated everyone like sh*t. I was talking to a few impact guys last week and they basically told me the same thing. I guess it all depends on where you did it.

A 79 will get you promoted. Like the above poster stated it may take a little longer but you will get promoted.

Just cause a list comes out doesn't really mean they start promoting. Everyone will get made... 4 year wait for anyone under 75. Sucks for the failures. No sgt test for 3 - 4 years. No reason to complain. I just want my list # now and I can get on with my life. All I can say is finally!!

All they know for sure in bmoc is when a class is scheduled to go in. They get a two week notice to prepare for the incoming group. Anything that anyone is telling you right now as it pertains to the date a list will be out is purely speculating. No one knows for sure.

Why do you feel like you suck dude. The people that should be kicking themselves are the 7500 people who failed this thing...you should be proud you passed. Your score doesn't determine how good of a boss you will be, they treat you just the same 70 or 90. And don't forget about the people taking it for the third or fifth time and now passed. This was the first time I took it so I have nothing to compare it to but 1500 passing is ok considering how many took it. Congrats to all...you now have a light at the end of the tunnel and something to look forward for.

I just went over my answer key for the 1000th time and thankfully I still have a passing grade lol. I hope I dont have to wait too long with my raw 79/final 83.6. I wish I had atleast an 85. Hopefully I pick up some points with throw outs.

Yea I'm looking at a raw 86/final 88.5 and I'm thinking it will be at over a year assuming that probably 25 percent of people scored better, that's probably about 400 names if the 1600 turns out to be accurate

Smh. I see why this job is where it is. Its held against you what exam you took? Are we adults? With management like this it can only get worse. I'm glad I actually managed people before this job hopefully everyone who either is a boss on this thread or passed had as well. But by the looks of it probably not
