Frank, judging by the amount of posts she has she is no rookie. She obviously dishes out the advice at a steady pace so it is safe to say that she is no rookie here but I can not confirm or deny if she is an actual  rookie in the real world. Perhaps someone else needs to chime in on her actual time on the job.

This thread is dedicated to gripes about the test so allow me to start:

I HATE THAT THERE ARE CERTAIN PEOPLE HERE WITH LESS THAN 4 YEARS ON THE J-O-B GIVING ADVICE ON MATTERS THAT THEY HAVE YET TO COMPREHEND! Do us all a favor and keep your eyes open and your mouth shut. Just because you passed the Sgt's exam does not mean that you have earned the right to give advice.
