Fresh rumor is that the list will be out by April 6th 2012. Say bye to 2006 list for sure. Dept. does not issue a finest regarding the expiration of a list. April 9 is the official death day of 2006 list. HOPE FOR THE BEST.

i dont think an active list needs to be out at all time.... because the 2009 sgt list is completed, only ppl waiting to be promoted are hold overs.... would you consider the hold overs on that list active?
