Although the list wasn't officially promulgated until Apiril of 08, the list was out a year before that.

I think the list will come out end of March/ beginning of April. It only took about 6 months for 06 list to come out. The key is when would they start promoting and if they would over-promote right before the list ends.

I think by law they have to have a active list out at all time. So there is no doubt that the list will be out after the 12th of April which is the deadline so stop arguing about it.

Nope, never heard of that. Been under a rock my whole life. And I'm not "vying" to be a Lieutenant. It's not a lottery or a ****ing contest. I passed the test so I would say I'm waiting to be a Lt.
