Has nothing to do with striking a nerve and everything to do with guy code and not bringing a mans wife into an argument about a sgts exam. If you cant see that then your not a man either.

Listen, I didn't say one word about your family but this is exactly what I was talking about, you keep spreading negative nonsense and I knew this was gonna happen. The cops and dets worked hard to pass and gave up time with their families so I knew this was gonna get personal eventually.

This moron decided to tell us about his personal life, no one asked, or cares, so its game on now. He got personal and posted emotionally, he got caught, now hes all twisted b/c people are coming at him. He lost his cool, shame on him.

Do you know who HB is outside the forum ? I ask cause I think you just hit a nerve and it seems like it's true. Wow thats crazy I think that HB is gonna stay off the Sgt forum.

I know bosses who are just like him.  And I make it a point to show them up.  Hes exactly whats wrong with this job, and is the definition of an empty suit.  I hit the nerve b/c he displays the same type of personality the rest of those type of bosses display.  He just got outpsyched by a white shield, I'm sure its a blow to his ego.

Yes you know me so well because of this sgts forum. You can probably write a book about my life... What an azz

 I really hit that nerve!

Cut the Queens Marines bull****. I've worked in queens for 8 years and will put my arrest record against any Bk or Bx Cop. I've also been in 2 shootings in queens. So yes there are bad guys in queens especially the 101/103/113/105 however I agree the other commands are soft

Redcon, not exactly sure how your coming at me lol. I was simply stating I constantly hear cops from other Boros talking smack about queens, meanwhile I know for a fact I have more gun arrests and felony collars than guys in the busier Boros. I'm not trying to turn this into the rant. But the pct/Boro don't always make the cop. Being a Detective in the unit I'm in I'm worked in every Boro. I've see. Great cops/bosses and others who thought because their collar brass said whatever pct they were gods gift to police work. At the end of the day when we a get made we are going to be bosses on what we expected to oases to be when we were cops.

Zookeeper, your right QN is full of idiots. I can't argue that. My point was every Boro has dicks. The problem
Is with busier houses with reputations is the lazy do nothings ride the wave of the hard working cops in those commands. That's all I was getting at. I can tell by your name we could Probably work together. I think to sum it....There's a huge difference between. Ghetto cops and none ghetto cops and those of us that worked/work the ghetto know what I mean.

The quality of the cop has nothing to do with where you work. There are good cops and hairbags in every command - and crime in every command, if you want to find it. A crime cop in the 110 is putting his hands on gang members and drug dealers every day, and a summons guy in the 73 is being a summons guy every day - personally I'd rather work with the crime guy even if his collar brass isn't as cool at a detail. You're collar brass means ****, let your BADS do the talking

man I work in BK north and i live in queens grew up in south jamacia.....there are harcore criminals in every borough. so bk, queens, bx, manhattan where ever you work u have to be on ya A game. cause if your outh there. **** will find u. so no matter what command u work in, there are always goons out there

Collar brass only means ****?  Only people from cupcake land think like that, gets them through the day knowing they have it good.

Collar brass is what eroes with pitiful BADS rely on to to make them feel like real cops - where you are assigned is luck of the draw - your collars are what set you apart. I'll take my short commute, decent food - and then go lock up a blood for a robbery after I'm done with my sit-down.

And thats why you are queens marine. Some of us lock up perps for Felonies, and dont' have a short commute or decent sitdowns, although we make due and make sure we have it as good as possible. So at the end of the day you are a queens marine with your short commute and sitdowns.

i also work in queens and do not share the same luxuries as queensmarine, save for the commute. My cmd sucks as much as the next guys, We are not all tools, and everyone flys on the coat tails of the crack era crime stats. Lets not get into a pissing match about who works in an "A" house yada yada yada. Lets all just be patient and wait for our 900 - 1700 name list (depending on who's source we go with) to come out.
