Yes folks---its true---the list will be out in April--mid--to late. The military guys are testing next month and just need to be added. My neighbor is a LT in 1PP that works in Personnel. Its no secret down in the puzzle palace---the last class for BMOC is Feb. He says their planning on about 400 guys to be made---hope this info helps some wondering--i know it did mine!!
he stating high 800s now---but there is about 60 guys who were out for military taking it in february and a large portion of them usually pass he said. so give or take probably gonna be low 900s. same bologna every year with 1500 passing---it ll be about the same amount. I say another test in about 2 and a half--3 years---they ll go thru this list fast.....
no probs---if i hear anything else before then i ll post. i hear ya---im waiting too to move on. hes always good with the info---plus he works with the numbers everyday so everytime i see him he lets me know.
Thanks for the info - seems like it could be legit, but 400 promotions this year seems kind of high. Even if the list is established in April and the first BMOC class goes in May, that would mean they would have to put in seven consecutive months of classes at almost 60 per class which seems like alot. I could be wrong- have they ever promoted at a clip like that before?
Because he is no good. First he was saying the test is gonna get thrown out, then that his sources told him the list is gonna be 2500. and people will die on the list. Later different sources were telling him 1500. Watch, now he is gonna change his toon and invent some new sources. Don't take seriously anything HB writes, people on this board will agree with me.

According to #s 1500 passing would be highly improbable since only 5000 took the test and that would make 30% passing, don't think so. My opinion it's gonna be under 1000 slightly larger than regular

Only 4500 took the test. It was confirmed by a couple of people on the this forum who were present at the protest session when a DCAS member made the statemtent that for 4500 people taking the test it was a poor showing of protestors. That same DCAS member also stated that 8-10k taking the test was a rumor. I will take confirmed info from members who have been proven trustworthy over hearsay any day

yes---the ones being promoted are included according to my source. but they want about 300 off this new list. dinkins safe streets program from 91-93 was about 4 grand of cops a YEAR. thats a fact---they expect a load of retirements and they want 300 off this new list. period. he s in personnel---gets the numbers everyday---and it is what it is. and yes---the military guys havent taken it yet---but god knows they know what to expect---ha.
btw---he s saying one throw out possibly b c i was looking for some pickups---the test was rock solid and no people went to protest. guys on the phone to dcas everyday and said their not looking to toss any.......

EEO issue? Lmao. An EEO issue is when you discriminate against someones race, creed, color, sexual orientation etc. Not for cops in the military taking the exam late. Go ahead and call EEO for this issue. Lol My god you are as dumb as dogsh!t.
Military takes same exact test, just questions are in different order...... And they don't hold up the list for military people to take it, they take the test when they get back and get promoted when their list # comes up even if the list is already established. They're entitled to take the same exact test. It would probably be an EEO issue if they were given a different test lol
HB is nycop trying to keep this forum relevant during the downtime. The way this so called mod jobs this guys nuts, when this tool was telling us this exam would be tossed out, and 2500 people passes is all you gotta know the fix is in..............
