I THINK, BECAUSE OF THE UNFAIRNESS OF THE TEST COMPARE TO PRIOR TESTS, THEY SHOULD CURVE THIS ONE BY ALLOWING THE HIGHEST SCORE TO BE PASSING SCORE.

Take it easy. You probably are good. Some of the best cops that I've worked with are from other countries and not necessarily the best at communicating in English.

 I never claimed to know anything and I've never said that I am or was a good cop. You can probably out police me on my best day while you are off duty. I'm just a guy that knew the answers to a few questions on a test and you are a great cop that types in all caps.

In all fairness I know a few people (not otj) who do not speak a word of English but probably has more common sense and street smarts than some of the double / triple English majors otj (not referring to anyone in particular). The worst thing the job did was to mandate college credits. That being said, I do think you need basic English reading and writing skills. This level at which this test presented its questions to gauge this was ridiculously and unnecessarily difficult.
Not sure whether I used "standard proper English" but I'm pretty sure I made my point...
