The question was about evidence going to court and not being returned so cop gets a receipt. YOu had to pick the wrong choice. Now , choice D , which dcas has as the answer is wrong, meaning a good choice, receipt goes to receipt book, however choice A said upon the return of evidence the desk makes a note on back of yellow sheet and in the receipt book. How is this possible ? The fact pattern story said the evidence was retained at court. This is a conflict. I think a double answer A, and D are correct. Meaning they are both wrong.
I had same thought process. Im starting to think these guys just played ping pong ball and angry birds for 6 months and then the last week threw together some awful questions and called it a test.
NO , that is right stiggy but in the question it said upon return of the evidence for one of the answers, the property was retained so it wasnt returned.

Yes that is correct. But the question wanted you to pick bad answer. Choice A said upon return of evidence to the precinct. Well. In the fact pattern the property was retained at court . They worded choice A wrong.

Possibility of getting tossed. I wouldn't say likely. The correct choice is taken word for word from the patrol guide. The problem is that the procedure in question is written very poorly.

The P.G. Doesnt clearly say that the invoice stays at the command. It says to sign it. But show me where it says to take it with the property or leave it at the command. On a test like this we can be expected just to know what they mean. Not saying your wrong. I just think it should be a double answer.
