I protested question 39

I made my protest, saying that it is a double answer. This is the question with the exploding dye pack.  Crime scene gets notified but so does esu and bomb squad . Who notifies esu, bomb squad, it says the UMOS, umos is any rank.  According to the fact pattern of the question it just said the LT over heard radio shots fired and responded to the bank. You are not told that the cop there made any notifications or anything at all. So it is not wrong to say the LT notified esu and bomb squad and then crime scene. Answer should be A and B.    IF you read carefully the procedure part of 208-37 it states if you have currency with red dye or an in tact dye pack. Well, if the currency has red dye on it, that means it exploded. I am not sure if DCAS was trying to be cute with this question or just totally fumbled it like a few others. Either way,  its a good protest.

I agree 100%. I put "A" too. I was very confused when I got it wrong, but i think it it is a double answer A and B...
