Did anyone protest question 62 illegal eviction? question had you arriving on the scene and instructing a cop. None of the answer choices had the name of the cop from the fact pattern.

Yes, you are absolutely right, the stem of the question mentiones 2 actors- you are the Plt Commander (which means you are a Lt ) and your driver, PO Martin. All 4 answer choices mention "PO Omar". I wrote a protest of that question and showed it to Yanosek (former Fast Track), who was in the same room as me at the protest session. He agreed with what I was saying: it is impossible for us to determine what the best action for "PO Omar" would be, since that actor is never mentioned in the stem of the question. There is no information re: his assignment, duty status, post etc. That question was, as Yanosek put it, "defective". I believe we have a very good chance of successfully protesting it.
