Does there have to be a certain number of protests for a particular question or do you only need one. Obviously the more people that protest a question raises questions about that question, but what if DCAS only gets one protest for a question? Do they honor it? Anyone know?

A question can be wrong and 200 people can protest it but if they protest it the wrong way, it won't be thrown out.
