I protested both of these questions on the basis that those questions don't tell you your role, rank or title. I believe this info is necessary to answer these questions. Hope this argument sticks.

Yeah..... That's not gonna stick because in the beginning if the test booklet you were instructed to answer all questions as a Lieutenant unless instructed otherwise. I specifically double checked it during the review session
