I just attended the protest session, and protested this question. I know the answer was send a copy of the documentation from your private MD to the job (should be original) but there's something else I caught in choice D (which is what I put - it was the wierdly worded 20th week statement). If you look at the patrol guide, 204-03, there's a note under dress uniform that states "Pregnant uniformed members of the service, who are in their twentieth (20th) week of gestation or earlier, if necessary, will wear business attire and display their IDENTIFICATION CARD (PD416-091) on their outermost garment. Proper business attire will conform with that worn to other official appearances, such as post-arraignment court appearances, professional career interview, etc." On the answer choice, the wierd worded statement (choice D) said something like tell "her that she can wear her uniform earlier than 20th week." This is not the same thing. 20th week and earlier and earlier than 20th week is two different things. Any thoughts? I protested on this grounds. Anyone going tomorrow believe verify this, but I believe this may be able to become a double answer (with D correct in a review and the original B)
I think the wording was "doesn't have to wear her uniform before the 20th week of gestation."
I think you're right,
I'm fighting that instruction from Sgt XYZ to PO Prego is still wrong. He should've told her "you don't have to wear your uniform for 20th week or ealier". I don't know if I got a case, but worth a shot. B is wrong (making it the right answer) because you send the original not the copy, and my protest is that D is wrong (also making it the right answer) because she doesn't have to wear the uniform from 20th week or earlier, not before 20th week. There's a difference (i.e. Grandlarceny over $1000 vs. ID theft $1000 and over).
The question locked you in to 205-27 but the bit about the uniform is from 204-01 I believe. I fought it on the grounds that the line about the uniform appears nowhere in 205-27. We shouldn't have to answer a question based on a procedure that isn't mentioned.

205-47 tells you to refer to 204-03 for uniform guidelines, therefore, you can look to 204-03.
By that logic, the question from 216-01 with the aided in the nursing home should be a double answer because 216-02 has the cop giving the aided card to the desk.

What procedure does the aided lock you into? Never once does 216-01 tell you to refer to 216-02 so you are SOL. However, 205-27, which the question refers you to, says, in step 7 "Comply with P.G. 204-03, "Uniforms," as it relates to the wearing of the uniform."which means I can turn to 204-03, and am still compyling with 205-27. If you feel the question isn't protestable, don't protest it. If anyone else would like to try, feel free to use it. Otherwise, dismiss it like anything else.
