I would like to petition or somehow sue the city. This nonsense of people being able to take the test on alternate days is bs and it should come to an end. I for one am willing to take the test any day of the week, and time of the day. It is not fair that people can take the exam 2 weeks after the fact, and it should come to an end.
It's unfair for the rest of us that busted our balls just to give a nice advantage to these scams.

I agree. Drug dealers are bigger perps than drug users. The people on this site gave the alternate date people the answers and then complain about it. What if a woman gave birth the week of the exam or somebody had a legitimate family emergecy? Should that person be denied the right to take the exam that they studied for months to prepare for?

I agree, its our fault, and I know someone who still hasn't taken this test who will be shortly, I call it "the military scam". I bet you the person score close to an 90

WTF it's been a month!! I don't think the military people should be allowed to take the exam if they're missing it due to weekend drills what have you. And chances are, if you're deployed, you're not returning in 2 weeks. Maybe the overseas and those engaged in active combat should be allowed, but it should be a slightly different test. As far as the getting pregnant... oh well.... As far as the sabbath observers... hell, i'd bet most of us wouldn't mind to take it on sunday, just like them. It would make more sense to take it on a weekday night. (no school, no sabbath!)
but if no one protests or even attempts, this will go on forever. we should change the status quo. that's the only thing that will make the city even consider it. think about it... each sgt, lt and capt test, they can run the same scam over. crazy.

How about DCAS should write three test at same level of difficulty and give out three different test without repeating any question on different dates and people can knock themselves. out. It will put stop to a lot of scam and fair for all e.g. sabath, pregnant, military or sick etc.
I thought they did that with SGT's test a few years back. I thought they came up with 150 questions and then swapped out 50 of them for the scam test 2 weeks later.
