 A) One PAR, 2 supplements, include reference marker on par

B) One PAR, 1 supplement, include reference  marker on par

C) One PAR, 1 supplement, no reference marker on par

D) One PAR, no supplement, no reference marker on par

A and B are incorrect because accident occurred on a bridge.  Dcas answer is C.  However there were at least 2 qualifying vehicles (22k lbs commercial truck, and four door sedan with biohazard placard)

From the federal motor carrier safety administration:

CLASS 6 POISONOUS (TOXIC) AND INFECTIOUS SUBSTANCES

DIVISION 6.1 POISONOUS (TOXIC) MATERIAL
DIVISION 6.2 INFECTIOUS SUBSTANCE

Biohazard placard (look how cute they got) would be considered a class 6 hazardous material. 2 supplements
