This few questions was the majority in my room protested 47,52,63,100. there was some talk about question 15,26,93. There's a very good chance that 47,63 and 100 will be thrown out. rising star rep said there will be a lot of throw outs. so keep you're fingers crossed.

Very potestable test. You guys will do fine! Protest # 1. Check the last sentence of the memo of item u. States no rmp is to be used for outside details thats equipped with mdt. Doesnt state "operational" mdt. All rmps had mdts even though one rmp had a broken mdt it still was equipped with one which makes all choices wrong. #15 asks who is the best candidate for conditions 2 supv. My choice was wrong cause he was administratively transfered which is bad but he was the most qualified. In the admin guide admin transfers deal with C.O. And above. Not in the realm of a lt so i protested saying my choice was just as good. I protested the off duty incident question. In the procedure it states off duty umos "at" an unusal occurrence as a witness or participant. In the question you witness and assualt two thru the window. So yes your a witness but technically u werent "at" an unusaul occurence because you saw it thru the window and wasnt there. Its like seeing an assualt take place 3 blocks away. Is that really an off duty incident? I think not. Map question should be a double answer. The parking lot is 750 feet away from a leak which only requires and minimum distance of 300 feet. Judgement questions are easy to argue at least two good answers. And tattoo cop is a better answer then hair clip. Pg doesnt state the exception doesnt apply in uniform. But pg states hair clip must be concealed as much as possible. The answer doesnt say it was concealed much a possible. Double answer. I have more but am tired and going back to bed.
