Has anyone ever reviewed the final determinations of the TVB?

If you give them a self-addressed, stamped, legal-sized (s.a.s.e.) envelope they will send them to you after the list comes out.

Do they explain themselves or is it just a yes/no?

cheap fu*ks, like we didn't give them enough money already just to sign up for the test, we needed to give them a s.a.s.e for our protest and now we have to give another s.a.s.e. to see our protest results.
