Someone who went down to DCAS today was told that by an employee down there.  I know, I know, the employees down there are incompetent.  What do you guys think?

To all that passed, congrats! I didn't. Not even close. Now I just ride my time because I won't let them do that again. A BIG FU to the city, dcas, the job, whoever pulled that one.

true- there will be at least 15 throw/doubles to bring up the score like the capts exam--no option for dcas they created this mess with another crappy test
