Just came from dcas the clerk said the answer key was sent out prematurely but it was wrong whatever that meant. They are posting the real answer key tomorrow. This is not bull****! Check tomorrow mornig on the dcas website.

I had my answer key mailed to me and also had a 44cent stamp marking. That's not the critical clue.
