I heard from a guys that walks the dogs a of a lady who's husband is friends with someone who works at DCAS, that only 100 people pass and that "Rampant Cheaters" were given the answers by Raymond kelly.  The test might be getting thrown out because all the cops that fail are saying that the test was a ground ball, but they would have passed if they studied.  This is confirmed.  I got a 90 but the cut off is 91.  I'll just take the next test.  no

Can't wait for the lieutenant's test.
