outat20, no thats not true. From what I remember it said "which invoice should the desk officer sign off on?" It wasnt one of those "which is the LEST or MOST correct" questions. So technically he shouldlnt have signed off on any of them. These guys are right.
I don't remember the number, just that it was in the in basket so it had to be within the first 17 questions. Anyway, another waste of a protest, the weed invoice was the only one that even came close to being complete and properly prepared.
Counterfeit money? Should never of even got an invoice, should have gotten 4 49's to the PB, 1 of the 49's as a receipt for the PB keeping the fake bill.
Cell phone with tampered IMEI#? They were correct to invoice it, but incorrect to invoice it as "safekeeping", should have been "investigatory"
The gun? Mostly correct, except the bullet in the chamber should not get itemized ahead of the magazine. Mag should have been item#2 and bullet in chamber as item#3.
The weed was the only good one. The only error I saw was lack of 61#, but they all had that, cop's tax# (in the PG it still says shield#, but the PCI's have captions for tax#, and they all had that) and the "FTP" which by the book, should read "POS"
Don't waste time on protesting something you can't possibly win, move on to the other 50+ questions that were total nonsense...

the gun also had the wrong description in the article line. It said Glock 19 ser#1234 (don't remember the numbers). It should have said glock pistol ser#1234. That was a recent interim order. Colt revolver, s&w pistol...etc

It wasn't wrong bc of that, If I remember correctly, it didn't have the magazine listed as item #2 like it was suppose to
marijuana is generally contained in ziplock bags, ziplock bag could have merely been the perps, the cop didnt necessarily put the remaining marijuana in a ziplock bag.
Silencers go on the same invoice, don't remember if it was itemized in the correct order there though, just remembered the bullet does NOT come before the mag...
POS get written on the bag containing the marijuana, not on the voucher. Field tested positive goes on the voucher and FTP is a well known way to abbreviate that. gun voucher was bad because magazine should have been item 2 not the bullet. USC voucher should not have been done and cell phone should have been investigatory not safekeeping. The weed voucher was good!

That was an addittional reason that it was wrong but the description on the article line is absolutely important. It is a recent interim order and The Key went over it in great detail....in addition the order of the items was incorrect
a.List the firearm as item # 1 on line 1 of the WORKSHEET and describe by listing the make, firearm type and serial number (e.g.,
Colt revolver serial number 1234, Mossberg shotgun serial number 4567, etc.).

Read it again, thats what it says. But I still say the weed invoice was the only one worth signing...
You need to read your bible.
Well if you didn't pick the weed you got it wrong and I got it right. I don't remember them going into details with ziplock bags or not, but "FTP" is a real world abbreviation, not a PG abreviaition if I remember my bible correctly.
Anyway my point is, weed is the answer. If you didn't pick it, you got it wrong. I am sure there are plenty of other questions worth protesting, this just isn't one of them...
The questions read as 'choose the most/least correct answer'; not thecorrect/incorrect answer. The MOST/LEAST correct answer shows that out of 4 possibilities, although not 100% accurate, may be how the exam writers wanted the test to be written. Example: If the information in choice A is 50% accurate, B is 30%, C is 90% and D is 0%, then choice C is what they wanted. I don't remember the voucher question exactly, but if an answer had 2 mistakes on it, another had 1 mistake, another had 3 mistakes and the last had 2 mistakes on it, then the MOST correct answer would be the voucher with 1 mistake that would be signed off.

That's silly. If an officer's name is absent on a voucher, it's not 27.8% incorrect. It's just incorrect. 1 mistake doesn't confer a certain percentage of incorrectness.

That IS silly. I was just giving an analogy. But like I mentioned, the question reads, what is the least or most correct statement. The test did not ask for an absolute, like what IS the correct or incorrect answer. What i am saying is that the Protest Panel may have need a lot more convicing that what I have been reading as to how people are trying to protest. Those "most" and "least words are fair game.
Think of it as along the lines of how the Patrol Guide is written. Dangerous words on an exam: Must, Only, Should, Could, May, Can, etc. Wording could be everything.

It just said which one should he sign and I think the correct thing they should have did was have one throughly filled out and that way we could eliminate the other 3

There are still grammatical errors in your reply. If you are going to come back at him, at least make it grammatically correct the 2nd time around.

Lol. Wasn't a personal dig at you. Just having a little fun with stupidity of the test. If you took it personally, then I apologize. And for the record, I'm not a rookie. I just don't spend enough time on this forum to have a sh!tload of posts. There is a way too much porn out there for me to be wasting all my free time here.
