Do they really think its important if a Lieutenant calls it "Duck tape" or "Duct tape." I can't believe that was even on there. Who wrote this test?????

 That's a dummy filter question.

Got to vote for the brunette officer with brown hair clip as being in proper uniform. Double answer protests should focus on why the tattoo UMOS was authorized while on a Detail (West Indian).

203-07 step #7

Necessary hair holding devices (such as but not limited to rubber bands, clips, barrettes, pins), when used, must be unadorned and plain, and be transparent or similar to the color of the hair. All such devices must be unobtrusive, and concealed as much as possible. Hair scarves, beads, bows, large and decorative fabric-covered elastic bands, large plastic clips, or other ornamental items are prohibited

Sad thing is.........aside from the must suspend question.....I dont think there were any real straight forward PG questions.....they all had tricks, bad wording, missing facts etc. I sure cant think of any that was like....if you studied you knew it.....thats that.....it should not be all these variables and unknowns to try to figure out what they want......I heard the 2011 Sgt. exam was sooooooooo straight forward......I dont get it????? can anyone think of any give me's? I cant!!!!!!

In the question stem, it also states the hair clip was clearly visible. Never mentioned any attempt to conceal the clip as much as possible.  I consider that a very important variable that must be stated in the answer choice otherwise one is free to assume this female is disregarding stated guidelines that require the hair clip to be concealed as much as possible. I also agree w/ above poster underlining large plastic clip.  It never states the size of the clip, so again one is free to assume it was small or large.

Ultimatley, lets try to make this question a double answer.

Yeah, the DCPI was tricky bc it went against all logic. Desk just notifies CO, Plt Cmdr, and Ops. The MOS involved MUST notify DCPI for any media incidents.

Similar question with the suicidal prisoner. Who you did not notify, I think it was tricky with IAB and BCS Supervisor being in there.

The phantom off duty with the witness to an Assault 2nd who called 911? Another one, a little tricky... I still say that is NOT AN OFF DUTY INCIDENT since it does not fall into "unusual police incident"

the attempted suicide of a prisoner they wanted to know who you notify except... the answer was the boro....co/duty always, operations always, IAB if, dies or attempts or escapes or attempts...

I believe the "bad" answer they were looking for was d.o. Ntfy bcss. Don't think boro was a choice

It was BCS Supervisor and he was the only one you didn't notify. That was a straightforward question now that I think about it. Not many were...
